$140.00 per 60 minute session,  $115.00 DISCOUNT for same day payment

$100.00 per 45 minute session,    $85.00 DISCOUNT for same day payment

Insurance

I am a preferred provider for Loma Linda Risk Management Insurance which covers most therapy.  I also accept MHN, a division of Health Net and Victims of Crime Insurance.  In addition, I accept most PPO plans.

 

Individual, couples and family therapy may be covered by PPO insurance plans, depending on the diagnosis.  Please contact your insurance company for coverage details.   I will be happy to bill your PPO insurance company, however I do require that you pay for the session at the time of service and I will reimburse you after I receive payment from your insurance company.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

I accept most major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash and check.

Cancellation Policy

I do require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to our session, unless you are ill or have a valid emergency.  The full fee will be charged for late/non-emergency cancellations.
