I graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and received my license in 1999 (LMFT #35639) .  I have a passion for helping others find purpose, discover happiness and live authentically.  My clinical focus is on personal growth, spiritual questioning and challenges with anxiety and depression.  I specialize treating difficult life challenges and have a proven method for helping my clients get unstuck.  My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, open, and honest.  I want my clients to get the most out of therapy or coaching and will help them develop clear goals and an action plan for positive change.
